They spotlight new creatives frequently and use word of mouth recommendations to expand their interviewing pool of entries - it keeps their creatives diverse and forever branching out. One of our answers was how engaging clay animation is too look at despite how long it takes. That it's truly an investment in having something unique to catch and hold someone's attention, we're grateful it seems they felt the same by their use of our work on their splash pages (see below).
